High-stakes poker regular and Hollywood personality Rick Salomon is selling his Dallas high-rise condo.
According to Mansion Global, the two-story condo is listed for $8.25 million and hosted numerous, presumably high-stakes, home poker games.
The home is on the 24th and 25th floors of the 33-story Bleu Ciel building, and offers expansive views of the Dallas skyline. Salomon purchased four units in the building in 2019 and combined them into one home and gaming venue.
Salomon used the property mostly for home games. It features a game room with poker and backgammon tables, as well as a shuffleboard table in the living room.
“The industrial-chic space has dark wood walls and kitchen finishes, muted grey wall paint, concrete accent pillars and bathrooms made of high-contrast marble,” Mansion Globalsaid of the condo.
The unit has two separate living areas, each with dining rooms and kitchens. The entire home has three bedrooms, a steam room, a media room, an office, four two-car garages, and a balcony. The new homeowner will also have access to two Olympic-sized swimming pools, a spa, and a wine lounge.
The 57-year-old high-stakes poker pro, who has made news over the years for his relationships with several high-profile celebrities, plans to move to another home in the Dallas area.
Salomon has made numerous appearances in PokerGO cash games, including a recent stint on PokerGO’s High Stakes Poker where he lost a pot worth nearly $1 million.
He’s not the only high-stakes player to list a home for sale over the last few months. In September, Dan Bilzerian listed his 38,289-square-foot house in Las Vegas at a price tag of $25 million.
