Gaming VC yesterday had its shares admitted to the Alternative Investment Market on London’s Stock Exchange having moved its company from Luxembourg to the Isle of Man.
The company owns Casino Club Poker and operates primarily in German-speaking markets in Europe.
At the time of writing the shares were trading at 182.0 pence, down 0.5 pence on the day’s opening price. The business, now known as GVC Holdings, has a market capitalization of £56.67 million.
Last year Gaming VC bought online sportsbook Betboo.com.
