If you haven't been there yet, check out the new CardPlayer.com web site. It has a new look and many new features, runs much faster – and, as always, there is never a charge for usage. In the next several weeks, even more new features and content will be added, and it will run even faster.
Some of the new features available to you right now are as follows:
You Can Bet On It! – Until now, Larry Grossman's famous sports betting talk show was available only on radio in Las Vegas. Now, the whole world can hear it live daily from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Pacific time on the Internet only at CardPlayer.com, and we have dozens of archives of the show with fabulous past interviews with the likes of Amarillo Slim, Johnny Chan, Puggy Pearson, and non-poker personalities such as Sam Snead, Joe Frazier, and Don King.
Pro Tips – Daily tips from world-famous players.
Mike Caro – In addition to Mike's popular audio lesson, which is already on the site, we are adding a visual tell of the week.
Poker Odds – Check regularly to see how certain hands stack up against others.
Poker Lingo – At least daily, poker jargon definitions are provided by Michael Wiesenberg.
Free Super Bowl Contest – It is not poker, but it is fun. A weekly contest will be held in which the season winner will receive an all-expense-paid trip to the Super Bowl, compliments of CardPlayer.com.
In upcoming issues, I will introduce you to even more new features that are coming shortly, and will discuss our "back end," which enables the site to run so much faster and gives us the ability to have thousands of you watching video on CardPlayer.com at the same time.![]()
