The online poker room is holding a $10,000 freeroll Dec. 31. The top 27 players will get a piece of the $10,000 pie. The tournament is limited to 999 people.
And to celebrate New Year's Day, DoylesRoom.com is doubling the amount of money guaranteed in its Sunday tournament. Instead of guaranteeing $50,000, the site is guaranteeing a $100,000 prize pool on Jan. 1.
Buy-in for the no-limit Texas hold'em tournament is $54; satellites have been running throughout the month and will continue until the tournament begins. The tournament starts 3:45 p.m. EST. The freeroll starts at 2:30 p.m. EST.
