Jude “j.thaddeus” Ainsworth is continuing his remarkable run since winning the Spring Championship of Online Poker on PokerStars.com in April.
He won the PokerStars $109 rebuy two nights running on May 31 and June 1 and finished second in the event on June 7 and third on May 29. This heater netted the Galway player over $50,000.
He also won a FullTilt.com $322 buy in tournament on May 12 for $54,000 and came third in a PartyPoker.com $500 event on May 3.
Ainsworth, who is a former Irish Poker Championship winner, is represented by Check Raise Management and currently lies third in the Card Player Player of the Year race.
Ainsworth’s fellow countryman, John O’Shea, recently won two European Championship of Online Poker events in less than a week, including one which he also won last year.
