Cake PokerSpoiler: bad pun approaching…

Hungry for a seat at the World Series of Poker? Then log onto Cake Poker and dig in.

Cake Poker recently announced its WSOP satellites, giving its players multiple ways to win their seats in the main event, as well as the final $1,500 bracelet event on the World Series calendar.

For the $10,000 main event, which starts on July 3, Cake Poker is hosting weekly qualifiers on Sunday at 4 p.m. EST for $435 wherein a main-event package is given away for every $13,000 in the prize pool ($10,000 seat plus $3,000 in spending money).

Cake is also providing satellites into that $435 qualifier — a $75 satellite on Sundays at 1 p.m. EST, and a $22 rebuy tournament held every day at 2 p.m. EST.

If that’s still out of your price range, you can try to win a seat into the $75 satellite through a $5.50 rebuy any day of the week at 2 p.m. EST.

Cake has also introduced a steps program of single-table sit-and-go tournaments so that players can try to earn a spot in the $435 qualifier for as little as $7.50.

The site will also be offering a ton of seats to event No. 54, the final $1,500 bracelet event of this year’s WSOP. Cake has committed to sending 100 of its players to the popular event, and will do so through $22 rebuy satellites that will be held twice a week, on Saturday at 5 p.m. and Wednesday at 9:30 p.m.
