It's a fantasy for all poker players to be sitting at the final table of a WPT event and taking down a huge pot in front of all those lights, people and cameras.

Thanks to Take-Two Interactive Software, players can live out that dream from the safety of their own living rooms starting today.

Take-Two Interactive Software has shipped the World Poker Tour video game to major retailers across North America. The World Poker Tour video game is available on PlayStation 2, Microsoft's Xbox, and Nintendo's Game Boy Advance.

Featuring commentary by WPT announcers, the game lets participants face off against the virtual equivalents of pros such as Antonio "the Magician" Esfandiari, Erick Lindgren, Evelyn Ng, Lyle Berman, Michael "The Grinder" Mizrachi, and Phil "Unabomber" Laak.

The game features six real-world cardrooms: The Bicycle Casino, Commerce Casino, Bay 101, Foxwoods Resort Casino, Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa, and The Aviation Club de France. The locations are completely accurate, right down to the carpeting, lighting, room décor, and floor layout.

The World Poker Tour video game is rated "E" for Everyone and is available in North American retail stores for $19.99.
