Card Play Media has launched its 11th European magazine, Card Player Nederland into the Dutch market. The magazine, which has an initial print run of 6,000, will feature regular Card Player columnists Phil Hellmuth and Todd Brunson and is edited by former Card Player Poker + Sport contributor Anthon-Pieter Wink.
“We want to publish a magazine and website for the true Dutch poker player,” said Wink. “With solid strategic advice from our 
high stakes grinders our goal is to help our readers beat their home games in no time. And at the same time, we want to provide some lighter articles and features by well know local writers.
“The Dutch market has never seen a magazine with these big names writing for them, let alone a magazine with over twenty years experience in the business. I am very proud to present Card Player Nederland.”
The first issue features an interview with recent Belgium Poker Championship winner Sijbrand Maal and has regular contributors Peter Dalhuijsen, Julien Nuijten (strategy) and Martijn Adam (commentary).
The magazine will be followed soon with a website, CardPlayerNederland.nl, which will deliver daily news, CardPlayer.tv and blogs from poker legends Doyle Brunson and Daniel Negreanu.
Card Player magazines are also available in Brazil, Italy, France, Poland, Finland, Sweden, Russia, Spain, Estonia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Romania, and Germany (web).
