Ireland's first and only online poker site, PaddyPowerPoker.com, has announced it will double the first prize in its Irish Poker Masters as a promotion, up to 380,000 Euros, if the winner qualifies through its web site.
The Irish Poker Masters takes place Oct. 29 and 30 in Dublin.
The buy-in for the No-Limit Holdem event is 4,000 Euros, but qualifying tournaments at PaddyPowerPoker.com start as low as 2.50 Euros. The amount of money PaddyPowertPoker.com will add to the to prize will depend on the number of entrants.
For example, if 100 people enter the tournament, the site will ad 152,000 Euros. The site needs 250 entrants for the entire 380,000 Euro bonus prize to be reached, and the winner must have qualified online at PaddyPowerPoker.com.
PaddyPowerPoker.com doesn't accept players from the United States.
