Online subscription-based poker room FleetStreetGames.com has announced it will cease operations next Friday, Oct. 31 at midnight. There will be no events on the site thereafter. 
A statement on the company website says, “When FleetStreetGames closes all unused paid membership fees will be refunded to your account. All of these funds and any winnings currently in your account can be cashed out via the website at www.fleetstreetgames.com after the card room closes or can be used in part for purchasing discounted membership periods for PokerSchoolOnline. Until then you can use the cashier as normal.”
The company’s educational sister site PokerSchoolOnline remains open. The news comes just three weeks after Duplicate Poker announced its closer due to the current global economic situation.
