PartyPoker.com today announced that American J.C. Tran and Finn Juha Helppi would join Andy Black at the Premier 
League III for the $75,000 buy-in TV event from Nov. 23 to 30.
The innovative league format TV tournament sees 12 of the world’s best poker players for a total prize pool of $1.25 million of which $350,000 is added by the sponsor.
Matchroom Sport devised the unique format which sees the 12 players play six times in the league before the top four progress to the final table and the four runners up playing heads up for the remaining two places.
Tran, who is appearing in his first Premier League said, “"I’m really looking forward to the PartyPoker.com Premier League and it is an honour to be chosen as one of the 12. I’ve seen coverage from previous events and I’m ready for all the verbal volleys that are likely to be thrown at me! I have been meaning to play in Europe for a while and this prestigious event is a great way to start."
Helppi was the first Premier League winner but didn’t fare so well last year where the final standings were:
