The final episode of Dave “Devilfish” Ulliott’s “How to Become a Poker Millionaire” airs next Thursday, Oct. 2 at 10:35 p.m. on ITV Wales. The reality show takes four losing poker players, and under the supervision of Brit poker boss Ulliott, attempts to turn their game around. Every episode waves goodbye to one hopeful, and last week saw the two final contestants battle heads-up to claim the World Series Of Poker seat.
This week catches up with the final duo six months on to see what sort of shape their online poker accounts are in, and find out what elements of Ulliott’s tuition positively influenced their play. It also looks at a poker company which is creating waves in the online industry and making its players richer by the minute, and finally, takes a glimpse at some of the crazy proposition bets which many poker players are known for, including one in which a man must lose weight every single month for three years or else face losing a whopping $350,000.
The series is produced by John Giwa-Amu and Caradog James of Red & Black Films who have seven years industry experience including BAFTA success.
