It was the Largest Poker Event to Be held in Colorado

A part-time poker player and full-time kitchen designer now owes his wife a horse after winning the Heartland Poker Tour event that wrapped up at Golden Gates Casino in Black Hawk, Colo. Monday.

Michael Thulson promised his wife a pony is he won the event. Call the breeders because Thulson now has $180,810 to spend on one. Although overused, “Lucky” might not be such a bad name.
