Brindley Backs Kauto Star on Irish Poker Open Offer

Rake-Free Satellite on Offer This Saturday if Denman Wins Cheltenham Gold Cup

Poker pro Roy Brindley is putting his money where his mouth is this weekend. The Ladbrokes-sponsored player is offering a rake-free €200 satellite into the Irish Open in the cardroom at the Liffey Arms, Newbridge, County Kildare, Ireland, this Saturday if Denman wins tomorrow’s Cheltenham Gold Cup.

The much anticipated horse race sees Denman second favourite to Kauto Star, and Brindley said,  “As much as I love Harry Findlay (Denman’s owner), the form of his horse comes up way short to that of the great Kauto. I’m backing my judgement to the tune of €20 per entry.”
