56 in the Money at EPT Barcelona Plays Down to Final Table


Day three of the www.pokerstars.com European Poker Tour Barcelona Open resumes today at 5 p.m (GMT+2) in the Gran Casino with four Scandinavians, three Americans, two Frenchmen, and one Briton in the top 10 places.

Sweden's Mohamad "TerrorOfSweden" Kowssarie is the chip leader with former London EPT winner Mark Teltscher from Britain a close second. Each player in the tournament is now guaranteed a minimum €10,500 with the winner taking home €1.17 million.

Other notable players still in contention include Martin Wendt, Dag Martin Mikklesen, Ian Woodley, Katja Thater, Phil Starrs, Sylvester Geoghegan, Fabrice Soulier, Michael Greco, Mark Vos and Bjorne Erik Glenne.

Play resumes with a redraw for seats at 5 p.m. and the average chip stack is around €100,000.

On Friday at around 5 p.m. (GMT +2), poker fans will be able to watch the TV table of the EPT Barcelona live online. And on Saturday at the same time, fans can watch the final table as it happens at EPTLive.com.
