Some might say we’re gluttons for punishment. After all, we’ve now run a total of six $1,000,000 GTD Million Dollar Sundays tournaments this year and have yet to cover the guarantee on one of them. Still, no sweet without the sour and we’re determined to bring huge prize pool tournament action back to US players.
So here we go again.
From Nov. 27 through Dec. 6, Americas Cardroom will be hosting the biggest tournament series in our history. The 76-event Online Super Series V spans 10 days and guarantees $2.6 million in combined prize pools. The events will surround two major tournaments ($500,000 and $1,000,000 GTD MDS Main Events) on Sunday the 29th and Sunday the 6th.
This series literally has something for everyone with various game types, structures, and buy-ins. The series offers no-limit hold’em, PLO, and PLO8 with regular, turbo, and hyper turbo events. Buy-ins start for as little as $0.27 all the way up to $540.
Of course the tournaments everyone has their sights on is the MDS Main Events. We recognize the buy-ins may be pretty steep for the average Joe’s bankroll so we’ve come up with numerous ways to qualify to either tournament for a fraction of the cost.
We have super satellites and freerolls to get into our Mega Satellites that run the few days leading up to and the day of the event, guaranteeing hundreds of seats between them.
