The World Series of Poker main event resumes this week and will play down to a champion with millions of dollars on the line. Just around the corner from the Rio is the beautiful Bellagio, which has long been the home to the biggest cash games and huge tournament action. In fact, Bellagio has awarded more than $424,000,000 in tournament payouts in it’s history, the second most of any casino in America.
Bellagio is set to continue in this tradition of high stakes action by hosting a $10,300 no-limit hold’em tournament with a $100,000 guaranteed first-place prize this week. The eight-handed event gets underway at noon on Friday, Nov. 8th. Players will receive 30,000 in tournament chips with blinds beginning at 75-150, meaning that play will begin 200 big blinds deep. The tournament features hour-long levels, and players will have the ability to register or re-enter through the first six levels.
This is a two-day event, and those who survive on Friday will return at noon on Saturday, Nov. 9th to play down to see who will win at least $100,000 as the event’s champion.
