Card Player is excited to announce a partnership with the Bicycle Casino and Live at the Bike, the industry’s leading live cash game webcast.

CardPlayer.com will host the live cash game streams for all Live at the Bike webcasts (every Tuesday and Friday, 7:30-10:30 p.m. PST) and also partner with Live at the Bike for special programming.

To celebrate the partnership, Card Player will be bringing you the cash game hand of the week, featured from a past episode of Live at the Bike.

Here’s a look at this week’s hand.

The Details

Game: $5-$10, $500 buy-in uncapped no-limit hold’em
Approximate Stack Sizes: Teddy ($835) and David ($4,200)

Action: Eriq limps from under the gun holding QClub Suit 9Club Suit. Teddy limps as well from the hijack with 8Diamond Suit 7Diamond Suit, David follows suit in the cutoff with 6Diamond Suit 4Diamond Suit and Roy calls on the button holding 10Heart Suit 9Heart Suit. Rev completes from the small bind with an unknown hand and Nima checks his option with 9Spade Suit 7Club Suit.

The six players see a flop of ASpade Suit 9Diamond Suit 5Diamond Suit and the action is checked to Teddy, who bets $35 with her gutshot straight flush draw. David is the only caller and the turn is the 3Diamond Suit.

Teddy then checks her flush and David bets $130 with his lower flush. Teddy calls and the river is the 2Diamond Suit, giving David his one-outer. Teddy checks and David bets $350. Teddy makes the call and sees the bad news, giving more than half her stack to David.

The Questions

Teddy bet $35 into a pot of $60 on the flop. Do you like her bet sizing? Should she have continued to fire on the turn after making her flush or would a check raise have been more valuable? Given the four diamonds on board by the river, could she have found a fold?
