CoinPoker launched satellite and freeroll pathways on Sept. 29 for their biggest tournament yet.
The One is a $250 buy-in tournament featuring a whopping $5 million guaranteed prize pool. Moreover, CoinPoker guarantees that the winner of the event will walk away with $1 million, along with a physical and digital trophy.
With such a huge guarantee, the tournament includes 26 starting flights running from Oct. 4 through Oct. 12.
Players don’t need to pony up $250 to enter the tournament. There are also direct and step satellites available to qualify. Direct qualifiers begin on Oct. 4 with buy-ins of $1, $12.50, $25, and $50. These tournaments award seats directly into a Day 1 flight.

For one player, The One could be that moment.

Step Satellites Underway Already
On the other hand, the step satellite system is currently active. The lowest tier begins with freerolls and $0.20 buy-ins. Players advance through a four-tier bracket. Step 4 freerolls run up to 10 times daily and award seats to Step 3. Step 3 tournaments cost between $0.20 and $0.50 and feed into Step 2. The platform also hosts daily Step 2 freerolls that bypass the lower tiers and award tickets to direct satellites.
CoinPoker will host three primary Day 1 flights starting on Oct. 4 through Oct. 11. They get cards underway at 13:30, 16:30 and 19:30 UTC. The qualifying phase concludes on Oct. 12 with two turbo flights at 12:30 and 14:00 UTC before Day 2 begins.
Competitors can enter multiple Day 1 flights. Only a player’s largest stack advances to Day 2. CoinPoker refunds the $250 buy-in in cash to all players who qualify for Day 2. Any additional qualifying stacks are cashed out at the Day 2 minimum prize.
