The full schedule has been released for the 2026 World Poker Tour World Championship at Wynn Las Vegas, with $20 million in guarantees set to be awarded at the Sin City poker hotspot from Nov. 27 through Dec. 21.
The closing series for the WPT’s 24th season will host over 85 events across 25 days of action, with the centerpiece of the whole affair getting some new and exciting wrinkles for 2026. This year’s $10,400 no-limit hold’em championship (Dec. 13-20), the grand finale of the tour’s main event offerings, will see $1 million in added cash and prizes that will be awarded via mystery bounties, which will be added onto and not drawn from the main prize pool.
“With our partnership with Wynn Las Vegas, the WPT World Championship has become the gold standard for player experience, venue, and fun,” said WPT CEO Adam Pliska. “We look forward to continuing our celebration of players at all levels in our efforts to give them an unparalleled experience.”
In addition to the new-look championship event, the series also features another novel tentpole tournament: the Super Gold Million. The $400 buy-in mystery bounty event sports a $3 million guarantee and will run from Dec. 10-14.
There are nine events in total that feature $1 million or more in guaranteed prize pools. The largest guarantee on the agenda is the $5 million attached to the $1,100 WPT Prime Championship, which is slated for Dec. 5-12.
For those who can’t make it to Las Vegas to participate in person, there will be livestreaming coverage of the festival from Dec. 6-21.
