Michael ‘The Grinder’ Mizrachi, the defending World Series of Poker main event champion, is now a Global Ambassador for GG Poker.

Mizrachi, an eight-time WSOP bracelet winner, made history in multiple ways over the course of the summer of 2025. He won the $50,000 WSOP Poker Players Championship for a record fourth time, once again flashing his mixed game prowess. Then, Mizrachi earned his eighth career WSOP bracelet in the most dramatic fashion, winning the 2025 WSOP main event at his second career WSOP main event final table, for a career-best $10 million payout.

Before Mizrachi could even take a winner photo, a collection of Poker Hall of Famers walked on stage to announce Mizrachi’s immediate induction into their ranks.

Now, Mizrachi joins a team that already features high-profile poker stars. German phenom Fedor Holz and fellow Poker Hall of Famer Daniel Negreanu are already ambassadors for the online poker site.

“Michael Mizrachi is poker royalty,” Negreanu said via press release. “To achieve the ‘Double’ – winning the Poker Players Championship and the Main Event in the same summer – is a feat we may never see again. That kind of enduring greatness belongs on the GGTeam. We are thrilled to welcome The Grinder and look forward to an even more exciting future together.”

More Than 20 Years Of Tournament Poker Success

Mizrachi first stepped into the poker spotlight more than two decades ago. He won the first of two World Poker Tour titles at the 2025 WPT L.A. Poker Classic, taking home a first-place prize of $1,859,909. He won the 2006 WPT Borgata Winter Poker Open less than a year later, adding a second career seven-figure result.

After winning his first WSOP $50,000 PPC title in 2010, Mizrachi finished fifth in that year’s WSOP main event. He repeated as PPC champion in 2012, 2018, and 2025.

Mizrachi’s sponsorship with GGPoker, the owners of the WSOP brand and one of the largest online poker brands, is set to kick off imminently.

“Joining GGPoker is the most logical step in my career,” Mizrachi said in the press release. “After winning the Main Event and going straight into the Hall of Fame, I was looking for a partner that matches my ambition, and GGPoker is simply the future of the game. I’m ready to represent GGPoker globally and bring the passion of ‘The Grinder’ to the online felt.”
