Reuters news agency today reported Mor Weizer, chief executive of Israeli gaming software Playtech, as saying the company was to “revamp” its iPoker software ahead of the second financial quarter starting July 2008.
Between October and December 2007, the company made poker revenues totaling $9.4 million, an increase of 265 percent from $2.6 million in the same period in 2006.
The news agency also reported that analysts expected the company to make £91 million of adjusted profit 2008. Net profit in 2007 was $75 million.
