Rhynie Campbell Bio
In only his second major tournament cash, Rhynie Campbell won a World Poker Tour title, along with almost $437,000, at the inaugural 2007 Turks and Caicos Poker Classic. Coincidentally, Campbell was not only the only local to make the televised final table, but he also played an instrumental part in making the island a WPT stop.
As a former police officer, Campbell picked up poker and quickly fell in love with the game. He has been playing for more than a decade and learned all variations. After he helped poker become legal on the Turks and Caicos islands, he started his own place for poker called The Players Club, where live games take place every night.
