Matteo Intiso, Darius Neagoe Latest Bracelet Winners At WSOP Europe

A Look At The Most Recent Results From King's Resort Rozvadov

Two more bracelet winners etched their names in the history books recently with wins at the 2o25 World Series of Poker Europe. Below is a look at the latest events to wrap up at King’s Resort Rozvadov.

Matteo Intiso Wins €777 No Limit Hold’em

The €777 no-limit hold’em event attracted 553 entries, building a prize pool of $497,250. The top 84 finishers made the money, with all of them returning for the event’s second and final day. A few hours of play brought the field to a final table, where Tobias Peters was looking to win his second title of the series after taking down the €3,000 six-max event just a day earlier for his second career bracelet. It was ultimately Matteo Intiso who emerged victorious, earning $96,350 and the hardware after scoring a dramatic double elimination to secure the win.

“Maybe I’m still not realizing it because I was focused on the final table, but it’s a good feeling. When we turned over the (final) cards, it was very satisfying. I was like, ‘Okay, let’s do it.’ I was the favorite; to finish in one hand is the best thing ever,” Intiso told PokerNews live reporters after coming out on top.

The final hand saw Or Nezer jam preflop from the button with Q5, Intiso shoved from the small blind with A10, and Caltin Diac called off from the big blind with A6. The board ran out KJ34K and Intiso’s hand held to see him secure two knockouts and the title.

Main Event Seats Impact Play

Five of the nine finalists were awarded a seat to the €10,300 main event. That fact seemingly impacted play at the final table, according to Intiso.

“In the beginning, it was tight, but it was for five tickets for the [main event]. When we were five left, everyone started to gamble a bit,” he said.

Intiso was down to a single chip with three tables remaining, but battled his way into the middle of the pack by the time the final table was set.

Peters’ quest for back-to-back wins ended in seventh place ($10,004 ). In addition to his victory in the six-max for $216,275, he also took fifth place in the €1,000 pot-limit Omaha event for $39,839. The Dutch professional now has nearly $3 million in recorded earnings after his spree in Rozvadov.

Dennis Turay bubbled the final table in 10th place for his fourth cash of the 2025 WSOPE. Ivo Donev (18th), Vivian Saliba (23rd), Denniss Voss (24th), Shaun Deeb (38th), and Pajel Wojciechowski (48th) all made deep runs .

Darius Neagoe Takes Down Mystery Millions For Second Career Bracelet

Darius Neagoe had a storybook ending to a marathon day in the €1,500 NLH Mystery Millions event. The Romanian topped a field of 692 entries, overcoming an experienced final table to earn his second career gold bracelet just shy of a year after securing his first in the €1,100 turbo bounty event at last year’s WSOPE.

“It’s nice, but I’m not chasing bracelets,” he told PokerNews. “I’m chasing these moments with my friends. We have fun; we play good poker, and that’s what it’s all about.”

“They are really, really happy, but they are very good players,” Neagoe continued. “I’m chasing them…they are amazing. I’m very proud of them and they are very proud of me.”

Neago and Rene Schnitzler played heads-up for nearly 90 minutes, with each taking a turn holding the lead. Schnitzler was chatty with Neagoe, his rail, and anyone who would listen; often asking impromptu cigarette breaks.

“That dude is amazing,” Neago said of Schnitzler. “I love him. He was very aggressive, very fun. I think he has a smoking problem. He needs a break from smoking. But he was a really nice guy and I’m happy I made heads-up against him.”

The Final Table

The final hand saw a short Schnitzler commit his chips on a flop of J75 after hitting top pair with J2. Neagoe called with 104 and hit his flush on the Q. The A completed the board and Schnitzler was eliminated in second place, earning $82,895 for his efforts. This was the second-largest score yet for the Dutch player.

Finalists Elia Salermo and Georgios Tsouloftas both earned their third cash of the Series. Antonio Fragale earned the largest €75,000 bounty before elimination, and Neagoe pulled the second largest , which was worth €40,000. The final six players in this tournament also all earned a seat to the €10,350 WSOPE main event.

The top 104 finishers took home a part of the $1,058,571 prize pool. Among those that cashed were Konstantinos Nanos (13th) and Yuhan Wang (15th) narrowly missed out on the final table. Ian Simpson (24th), Manig Loeser (28th), Ranno Sootla (40th), Christopher Campisano (53rd), Pawel Wojciechowski (71st), and Frankie Cucchiara (97th).
