In sports, home-field advantage is an oft discussed element that can swing a result thanks to favorable conditions and support. It’s not the first thing you might think about a poker venue, but it’s likely that if you ask Raminder Singh about Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida, there’s something special in the air.
Over the course of a 63-event schedule at the 2026 Seminole Hard Rock Poker Open, the South Florida businessman won four trophies, including a pair of victories in the final week. That earned Singh the top spot on the SHRPO tournament leaderboard, which came with a $10,400 seat to the WPT World Championship at Wynn Las Vegas in December, plus a cash prize and a guitar trophy.
That pushed Singh to 20 career trophies at Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood, the most of any player in the venue’s history. Singh scored his signature win at the property in 2024, when he won the Lucky Hearts Poker Open main event for $486,353. After his most recent run of success, Singh’s total career earnings sit at $3,723,396.
Yuval Bronshtein, Jean Laurent Headline More Big Winners From The Festival
Singh started the series tied with Yuval Bronshtein at 16 SHRP wins. Bronshtein did win a pair of mixed game events on back-to-back days during the final days of this festival, but he’ll start the next series at Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood with 18 career trophies there, two off the lead.
Remarkably, Singh wasn’t the only player to claim four wins during the 2026 SHRPO festival. Jean Laurent (pictured above) won four times in 63 events as well, earning trophies in no-limit hold’em, pot-limit Omaha, and limit Omaha eight-or-better. Laurent finished second to Singh on the series leaderboard.
A quartet of tournaments labeled the ‘Big 4’ headlined the peak of the 2026 SHRPO schedule. Joe McKeehen won the signature $5,300 buy-in SHRPO Championship, taking home a $462,600 first-place prize. He joins a prestigious group of SHRPO winners that includes recent Poker Hall of Fame inductee Jason Koon, Dan Colman, Blair Hinkle, Jake Cody, Sergio Aido, and Farid Jattin, among other notable champions.
Justin Zaki conquered the $25,000 High Roller, another staple of the ‘Big 4’. Rounding out the four, Mehmet Siginc won his fourth career SHRP trophy in a $3,000 buy-in, $500,000 guaranteed event and Jay Jay Wilson claimed the trophy in an $1,100 buy-in, $250,000 no-limit hold’em tournament.
Several other notables became winners during the 2026 SHRPO series, including Loni Hui, who also finished third in the SHRPO championship. Robert Mizrachi, Dan Sepiol, and Andrew Ostapchenko also found the winner’s circle over the course of the series.
All told, the festival awarded $12,334,810 in prize money across 63 events, surpassing its $8.1 million in overall guarantees by more than $4.2 million while drawing 15,835 total entries.
