The eighth annual Irish Poker Classic takes place at the Macau Sporting Club, Cork, Ireland from August 16 to 22, 2010 with the €1,000 + €100 buy in main event seeing a €100,000 guaranteed prize pool.
The schedule for the festival also includes a number of no-limit hold’em events with buy-ins ranging form €20 to €400 as well as a €350 + €35 pot-limit Omaha game.
Last year the festival was voted Best Poker Tournament at the Irish Sports Betting Awards and the main event was won by Peter “Knuckles” Higgins.
