The Euro City Poker Tour hits its first stop of 2010 today in Barcelona, kicking off with a €100 + €15 buy-in super satellite with rebuys and an exclusive welcome party later tonight at Club Shoko, close to the location of the tournament, the Gran Casino de Barcelona.
The €500,000 guaranteed, €2500 + €250 buy-in main event kicks off tomorrow and will run until Mar. 21. The starting chip stack is 15,000 and the blinds increase every 60 minutes.
At the Tour’s last stop in Malta in November 2009, Bo Sehlstedt picked up €51,382 for topping a 126-strong field and a final table which included Card Player Europe’s latest cover star, Sorel Mizzi.
