World Poker Tour and Casino Barcelona have announced details of the WPT Spanish Championship to be held in Barcelona from May 17 and 18, 2010.
The main event will have a buy-in of €3,200 + €300.
Rohin Malhotra, WPT chief executive officer, said. “Casino Barcelona has been an incredible partner— from player and partner servicing to tournament staff, their dedication to every detail is second to none.”
No details of online satellites or whether the event will be filmed for broadcast have been announced yet.
Previous winners of the event, first held in 2007, were Markus Lehmann, Casper Hansen, and Mark Randal Flowers.
