Strip Poker: Operation All In With UFC Fighter Saturday

Seats Still Available to Compete in Poker Event With Celebrities for Charity

In this "Strip Poker" series, Card Player covers the Las Vegas poker scene — on The Strip and around the city.

Randy CoutureThe Operation All In charity poker tournament, which will take place inside The Joint at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas this Saturday at 1 p.m., was announced a few weeks ago, and as the event draws closer, the names of even more celebrities and poker players likely to attend have been released.

The host of the event is UFC fighter Randy Couture, founder of the Xtreme Couture GI Foundation, which is the benefiting charity. Owner of the NBA’s Dallas Mavericks Mark Cuban, Jose Canseco, and Montel Williams are scheduled to attend, along with poker players Jamie Gold, Sammy Farha, Todd Brunson, Hoyt Corkins, and Pam Brunson.

The buy-in is $550 with $200 rebuys and one $200 add-on at the first break. Seating is limited to 150 players, but there are still seats available and open to the public. Players will compete for a guaranteed prize pool, and the additional money will be donated to the Xtreme Couture GI Foundation, an organization committed to raising money for wounded soldiers and their families.
