By the end of November, Bodog Poker expects to have dealt its one-billionth hand and is giving away prizes all month to celebrate the milestone.
On every five-millionth hand dealt, starting with hand 980 million, Bodog will award the players in the hand $109 in tournament credits, which can be used to compete in the weekly $100,000-guaranteed event and the Player's Choice qualifiers. Players will also receive cash prizes in addition to the credits, based on the milestone hand. Cash prizes increase for every five-million hands up to the one-billionth hand, which will award the participating players $10,000 to split.
Bodog's most frequent players will get the chance to win additional prizes in drawings. Starting on Nov. 5, players can begin qualifying for these drawings by accumulating 100 Bodog poker points. Once the points are earned, the player receives one entry into the daily drawing that awards $50 to 10 players. The entry is good for each daily drawing until Nov. 26, but can also add entries for every 100 points.
The final grand prize drawing will take place right after the one-billionth hand is dealt, and one winner will take home the prize of $12,000, which is paid in $1,000 increments every month for a year.
