World Poker Tour National Event Heats Up In Slovenia

The €1,500 + €150 buy-in event (featuring re-entry) will play out at the Perla Casino and Hotel at Nova Gorica in Slovenia, alongside many satellites and side events.

According to TheCasinoPerla.com, the expected prize pool is €350,000.

Main event players will sit down at 4:30 p.m. (local time) today to a starting stack of 20,000 and 60-minute blinds. There are two starting days and then day 2 will begin on Oct. 20 at 2.30 p.m..

Day 1A and 1B and day 2 will last eight levels, day 3 will play down to the final table, and day 4 will crown a champion.

The final table kicks off at 3 p.m. on Oct. 22.

Last July, the World Poker Tour stopped by the Casino Portoroz in Slovenia and saw Miha Travnik collect €102,700 for topping a total field of 141.
