Antonio Dieguez has won the PokerStars.com Estrellas Poker Tour Málaga having been runner up last month at another PokerStars event, the Eureka Poker Tour Prague.
Dieguez topped the field of 375 players in the €1,000 buy in tournament at the Torrequebrada Casino, Málaga to take home €81,000 after beating Michael Carter heads up.
After the event the PokerStars.com qualifier said, “I felt stronger at the final table. Carter is a very tight player and he was not pushing. Winning this event is a dream come true for me."
The next stop on the Estrellas Poker Tour event is the Mediterraneo Casino, Alicante, starting May 26, 2011.
