Just 18 months after dealing their 10 billionth hand, PokerStars is gearing up for yet another milestone with their 25 Billionth Hand Promotion. The largest online site on the planet will be offering up four different promotions to commemorate the occasion.
25 Percent Reload Bonuses
For those players who are running a little low in their accounts, the site is now offering a 25 percent reload bonus up to $250. Players must hurry, however, because the offer will expire just before the clock strikes midnight on Feb. 18. Players who take advantage of the offer must use the bonus code ’25bash’ and play enough to clear the bonus by earning base Frequent Player Points, or FPPs (VPPs), which can be viewed in the cashier window.
Cash Prizes
Starting from the 24,850,000th hand dealt, PokerStars will be awarding cash prizes to those lucky individuals who are dealt in on every millionth hand. In total, 150-tables-worth of players will be cashing in simply by sitting at a ring-game table. The amount won depends on the stakes being played. The higher limits you play, the more you stand to earn should you get lucky. Furthermore, if you happen to be a VIP club member, the amount you win will be multiplied accordingly. Meaning Supernova Elite players can win upwards of $7,500 just for sitting at a qualifying table.
The 25 Billionth Mega Milestone Hand
The winner of the most memorable hand ever played on PokerStars will earn an astonishing $100,000 cash prize in addition to whatever is in the pot. But that’s not all, that lucky player will also earn an EPT Monte Carlo package, a PokerStars Caribbean Adventure package, a World Series of Poker main-event package, and entry into the annual World Championship of Online Poker main event. The total value for the winner will be more than $150,000.
Everyone else dealt in at the table will split an additional $100,000 in cash.
Big Sunday Tournaments Increase Guarantees
To reward those tournament players looking to cash in on the event, PokerStars has raised their guarantees for both the Sunday Warm Up and Sunday Million. The Sunday Warm Up will spot a guarantee of $1.25 million, and the Sunday Million will double that amount to $2.5 million. Both tournaments run satellites around the clock, or you can buy in directly for just $215.
