Harrah's today announced that it has agreed to sale the Flamingo Hotel Casino in Laughlin, Nevada, and an undeveloped parcel of land in Atlantic City, to American Real Estate Partners, L.P., for $170 million.
The sale is subject to regulatory approval, but Harrah's expects the sale to be complete sometime in mid-2006.
