PokerStars Macau at the Casino Grand Lisboa has announced its schedule for the upcoming year, and it looks like there will be plenty of poker on the 2011 calendar for contiental Asia’s largest poker room.
From February 21-27, PokerStars Macau will host the Macau Poker Cup Series. Its Red Dragon main event has seen more players register each year since starting in 2008. In 2011, changes to the structure will result in a larger buy-in and 50 percent larger starting stacks. The prize pool will be a guaranteed HKD $3,000,000.
The MPC Series will conclude with the Macau Poker Cup Championship running October 7-16. It will feature a HKD $20,000 buy-in main event with a guaranteed prize pool of HKD $4,500,000.
Also announced for 2011 is the return of the Macau Million series, running from April 2-10. The Asian Pacific Poker Tour will also stop by in November for its fifth straight year visiting Macau.
