In the midst of one of its busiest stretches of the year, the PokerGO Tour action moves down the street to The Venetian Las Vegas. The first-ever PGT Venetian Las Vegas Classic kicks off on Thursday, Sept. 11, centered around the $3,300 buy-in, $1 million guaranteed main event.
All players registered before cards go into the air for each session receive a $200 discount on their entry fee. That only applies to the first entry of the day, and not for late registration or re-entry.
Day 1A kicks off on Thursday, Sept. 11 at 11:10 a.m. local time in Las Vegas, with registration open through Level 10, approximately six hours later. Day 1B is set for Friday, Sept. 12, and Day 1C wraps up the starting sessions on Saturday, Sept. 13.
Each of the three starting flights plays down to 12.5% of the field. All players who bag up chips and advance to day 2 on Sunday, and they’re guaranteed to be in the money. From day 2 on, the PGT shot clock comes into play, allowing 20 seconds for each preflop action and 30 seconds postflop. Each player also receives time extension chips.
The final table of the PGT Venetian Las Vegas Classic main event takes place on Monday, Sept. 15 starting at 11 a.m.

There are three one-day $5,300 buy-in high rollers running in parallel with the main event. The first kicks off at 1:10 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 14, followed by two additional tournaments on Monday and Tuesday. Players entered by the start of play in this tournament will also receive a $200 discount.

$380 buy-in milestone satellites into the PGT Venetian Las Vegas Classic main event run at 5:10 p.m. on Sept.10-12. Players who reach 200,000 chips (10 times their stack) will immediately earn a $3,300 seat to one of the three starting sessions.
Main event and high roller participants can all earn PGT points based on the amount the cash for in each tournament. The top 40 eligible players on the season-long PGT leaderboard qualify for the 2025 PGT $1 million championship that is slated for early next year.
