Dusti Smith had a whirlwind couple of days in Las Vegas. She finished second in the $2,000 no-limit hold’em event won by Scott Bohlman for a career-best score of $290,588. Just one day after nearly topping the field of 1,692 entries in that event, Smith emerged victorious in the Wynn Summer Classic $3,000 ladies high roller, outlasting 76 entries to take home the trophy and the top payout of $61,335.
The Dallas, Texas resident now has nearly $1.1 million in career earnings to her name, with more than $350,000 coming from this impressive back-to-back performance.

Prior to this massive weekend in Sin City, Smith’s largest score had been the $120,000 she secured with a third-place finish in the $1,100 buy-in $1 million guaranteed main event at last year’s Leap Into Spring Series at Texas Card House Dallas. Smith also finished third in the 2022 World Poker Tour World Championship $1,100 Ladies event, earning $51,538 for that podium showing.
The top 11 finishers cashed in this event, each earning a share of the total prize pool that swelled to $206,720. High-stakes tournament regular Victoria Livschitz placed eighth for $7,545. Xuan Liu, who recently became the first female player to win a Triton Poker event, finished seventh for $9,199.
