Global Poker Summer Online Tournament Series Runs June 13-27

70-Event Series Features GC 750,000,000 and SC 1,500,000 Guaranteed

The Summer Series is back for a second edition on Global Poker, and the popular online poker site is anticipating a big turnout with a whopping GC 750 million and SC 1.5 million guaranteed.

The 70-event series (35 Gold Coin, 35 Sweeps Coin) officially kicks off June 13 and will run for two weeks until June 27, when the CG 75 million and SC 150,000 main events will take place.

As always, Global Poker is adding to the fun with money-can’t-buy prizes, such as a series cap and towel, exclusive avatars, and custom trophies shipped directly to the winners.

Although the series starts Sunday, keep your eyes peeled for six special pop-up freerolls on Saturday, June 12. In fact, Global Poker will be randomly adding these freerolls throughout the series, on June 12, 13, 19, and 20.

One highlight of the packed tournament schedule is the Summer Series Freedom Friday event, which Global Poker is juicing with added Amazon gift cards. Finish in the money, and you’ll earn $100. Make the final table and it doubles to $200!

Of course, all of the usual weekly tournaments will still be offered, such as the The Blitz and Sunday Scrimmage, just with a bigger prizepool.
