CoinPoker Sponsors Seven Straight Days Of High Stakes Poker

Legendary Poker Show To Stream Live From Aug. 25-31 On PokerGO

High Stakes Poker is set for an extended return to the PokerGO Studio in Las Vegas. The legendary show returns with seven consecutive days of live cash game action, scheduled from Aug. 25-31.

CoinPoker has been announced as the presenting sponsor for the week-long broadcast, which marks the first time the long-running cash game show will stream live for a full seven-day stretch.

Seven Straight Days Of High Stakes Action

The lineup already features several of the game’s biggest cash game personalities, including Andrew Robl, CoinPoker ambassador Alejandro Lococo, and the fearless Rick Salomon. PokerGO and CoinPoker will reveal additional players and broadcast times ahead of the first session.

Rather than spacing the action across individual broadcasts, the extended schedule will give viewers a full week of high-stakes cash games, live from the PokerGO Studio.

High Stakes Poker first debuted on Game Show Network in 2006 and quickly became one of the defining poker shows of the boom era. After nearly a decade off the air, the show returned on PokerGO in 2020, with original announcers Gabe Kaplan and A.J. Benza. Previous on-air talent also included Norm MacDonald and Kara Scott. In 2023, Nick Schulman took Kaplan’s place in the commentary booth.

PokerGO And CoinPoker Partnership

CoinPoker’s presenting sponsorship puts the online poker operator at the center of the show’s first week-long live broadcast.

“High Stakes Poker has always been about bringing together the biggest personalities and highest stakes in the game,” said PokerGO CEO Brent Hanks. “Seven straight days of live High Stakes Poker is something we’ve never done before. We’re excited to have CoinPoker alongside us as presenting sponsor as we deliver what should be an incredible week of action for poker fans.”

A CoinPoker spokesperson added, “High Stakes Poker is one of the most watched cash game formats in the sport. Being presenting sponsor for its first full week of live broadcasts is an honor for CoinPoker.”

The partnership adds to CoinPoker’s growing presence in the live poker space, following collaborations with the Battle of Malta and Triton Poker Series. CoinPoker also hosts the Cash Game World Championship multiple times each year.
