CoinPoker has introduced the Daily Dollar, giving micro-stakes players a chance to compete for significant guaranteed prize pools for just $1.
The Daily Dollar runs every Monday through Saturday with a $1,000 guaranteed prize pool. The Sunday Edition kicks things up a notch, offering a $5,000 guarantee.
CoinPoker ambassador Mario Mosböck described the tournament as the “smallest buy-in trophy event in the world,” with champions receiving a digital trophy for their CoinPoker Trophy Cabinet.
Strong Opening Weekend
The first Sunday Edition took place Aug. 16 and attracted a whopping 3,740 entries from 2,375 unique players. The $1 event surpassed its original $3,000 guarantee, creating a $3,440 prize pool.
Following the strong debut, CoinPoker increased the Sunday guarantee to $5,000. Will there be an overlay next week?
‘Dnxx’ entered three times and ultimately claimed the title, earning $453 and becoming the first player to receive a Daily Dollar Sunday trophy.

Several Ways To Play For Free
Players can enter directly for $1, but CoinPoker also offers several ways to qualify without paying the full buy-in.
Satellites start at $0.10 and award 25 Daily Dollar tickets, while special freerolls award 100 tickets. The platform’s micro-stakes rewards program also provides up to three Daily Dollar tickets per week, with those tickets valid for the Sunday Edition as well.
The Daily Dollar gives low-stakes players a regular tournament option while CoinPoker prepares for the Global Online Poker Championship, which runs Aug. 23 through Sept. 28 with $50 million guaranteed across more than 700 Medal Events.
