CoinPoker’s World Poker Masters Awards Nearly $27 Million With Main Event On Deck

Massive Amount Already Won As $2.5 Million Guaranteed Main Event Ready To Get Underway

CoinPoker awarded $26,859,996 in prize money so far at this year’s World Poker Masters. With 490 completed events, and the series’ final week of play on the horizon, players are gearing up for the largest guarantees of the series.

The series surpassed its initial $25 million guarantee weeks ahead of schedule. Through the 490 events, there were a combined 364,820 worth of tournament entries driven by 21,000 unique players.

Additionally, satellite qualifiers have converted low buy-ins into $785,000 in total payouts. Notable satellite runs include “OGCrook” earning $27,205 in the $1,050 Thursday Thrilla Progressive Knockout and “Sry4Oopsies” taking $19,864 in the $530 CoinHunter High Roller Progressive Knockout.

The $5,200 High Roller marks the largest event of the series so far. The tournament drew 278 entries and created a nearly $1.4 million prize pool. “DKaladjurdjevic” won the event for $300,101. In the $215 CoinMillion tournament, which carried a $1 million guarantee, “DaniC1994” took the top spot, finishing first for $126,500.

Weekly leaderboards continue to run alongside these events, paying out up to $215,000 for top performers like Markus Prinz.

Series Draws Praise From Pros

High stakes regulars have pointed to the expanding field sizes. Mario Mosböck called the schedule “insane” and stated CoinPoker is hosting the “2nd biggest online MTTs.”

Ben “Bencb” Rolle added, “Who cares about badges and content from the WSOP. There is enough going on online. World Poker Masters on CoinPoker and more”

Lastly, Streamer Bobby James Poker broadcast a recent third place finish to his audience, noting he had over 300 concurrent viewers.

Main Event Highlights Final Weekend’s Action

The schedule now shifts to the final weekend, anchored by the $2,500,000 guaranteed Main Event.

Day 1E kicks off on May 31 for $530, with Day 2 wrapping up the event on June 1. A $55 Mini Main Event offers a $500,000 guarantee with daily starting flights leading directly into the June 1 finale.

High rollers will compete in a $25,500 Super High Roller on May 25. WYNN.IO CEO James Wynn has already registered for the event.

The final weekend schedule also includes Day 2 of the $1,500 CoinMasters BITCOIN High Roller, which features a $1,000,000 guarantee and concludes on May 25.
