Outright, Nationality, Match, Sole Survivor And Final Suite Make Up 10 Irish Open Betting Markets At Paddy Power


Irish bookmaker Paddy Power has opened 10 betting markets on the upcoming Irish Open main event.

Former World Series of Poker main event finalist Eoghan O’Dea is favourite at 66/1 to win the outright market for the €2,250 buy in main event being held at the Burlington Hotel, Dublin, Ireland from March 29 to April 1.

Second favourites are Irish trio Jude Ainsworth, Jason Tompkins, and Mick Graydon at 80/1 while former winner Neil Channing is 150/1 as are Nicky Power, John O’Shea and Dermot Blaine. Current Sole Survivor Ian Simpson from England is 200/1.

There are also six match bets offering either evens or 8/11:

The Irish are favourite to win in the “Nationality of Winner” market at 13/8 with England close behind at 2/1 and America at 8/1 with a variety of European countries available from 18/1 to 40/1.

The “Will a Sole Survivor win the Irish Open” market is offering 2/1 about a ‘yes’ result and the suit of the final card is 11/4 for each of heart, club, diamond, and spade.
