Champie Douglas Doubles Up

A short stacked Champie Douglas is all in with AJ against the J10 of Motoyuki Mabuchi.  The board comes Q859K and Mabuchi makes a straight.  However, Douglas rivers a flush and wins the pot to double up to around $175,000 chips.
 

Tad Jurgens Eliminated 8th (13,305)

Tad Jurgens was the next player to bust at today's final table.  He pushed with K2 all in preflop and was called by Sam Lewis with 99.  Jurgens failed to improve and was elimiated in 8th place, taking home $13,305.
 

Larry Merritt Eliminated 9th ($11,640)

Larry Merritt moves all in preflop for his last few chips and is called by Allen Baker.  Merritt shows K-8 but Baker turns over J-J.  The board does not improve Merritt and he is eliminated in 9th place.
 

First Player Out at Final Table

Raymond Davis was the first player elimiated from todays final table.  Davis pushed all in preflop with 33 and was called by Motoyuki Mabuchi with 88.  The board came T52A7 sending Davis home with a $9,980 payday.
 

Raymond Davis Triples Up

Raymond Davis is all in preflop against Champie Douglas and David Sklansky.  The flop comes K97 and both players check.  The turn is the 3 and Douglas moves all in.  Sklansky folds and Douglas shows AQ for a flush draw.  Davis turns over Q9 for a pair.  The river comes the J and Davis wins the pot to triple up.
 

Sam Lewis Doubles Up

Sam Lewis has just doubled up with Q9 against his opponent's A10 when the board came Q103K9.
 

Double up on First Hand of Final Table

Motoyuki Mabuchi wasted no time at the 1,500 NLHE final table.  On the First hand He got his T9 all in verses Bob Cole's T6 on a T92 board.  Mabuchi's two pair held when the rest of the board came AJ.  Mabuchi doubled up and is the current chip leader.
