Tight Play

Both players have really buckled down during the first part of this second match. After making it here two times before and falling short of the championship, Chris Ferguson is going to play solid and tight in an attempt to even things up. As a result few hands have gone to a flop.

Note: Due to filming on the set, we are also once again without the benefit of an announcer.

Even Steven

Neither of these players is named Steven, although they are both even in chips. We're pretty sure there is a Steven somewhere in the room, however.

Here We Go Again

Andy Bloch Doubles Up

Both players got it all in on the turn and revealed their hole cards. Bloch held a flush and Ferguson showed a set of eights. The river did not pair the board and Bloch doubled up to about 600,000. Ferguson still holds a slight lead.

Famous Railbirds

All InThe following players are sweating the action at the final:

Clonie Gowen, Michael Binger, Orel Hershiser, Joe Hachem, and Phil Hellmuth. Although Hellmuth has been wandering in and out of the tournament area, which has been known to happen even when he's playing.
