Nam Le raises to $80,000 preflop and Mark Vos makes the call.  The flop comes QspadeJspade4heart and both players check.  The turn is the 4spade and Le checks.  Vos bets $80,000 and Le raises to $200,000.  Vos makes the call and the river comes the 2heart.  Le bets $600,000 and Vos quickly makes the call.  Le turns over Jdiamond4diamond for a full house and Vos mucks his hand.
