Eric Baldwin - Bio

 

Eric Baldwin was born in Peoria, Illinois but grew up in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. He started playing poker in college while attending the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater where he earned his degree in psychology. In 2005, Baldwin played right field as a member of the UW-Whitewater collegiate baseball team that won the Division III National Championship.

In 2009, Baldwin won his first World Series of Poker gold bracelet in event no. 34, a $1,500 no-limit hold'em tournament, where he earned $521,932.
