This week, the Golden Nugget Atlantic City opened its brand new poker room, according to NorthJersey.com. The casino had closed its poker room earlier this year.
According to the report, the Golden Nugget’s new card room is located “in a luxurious setting in the Main Atrium.” The room has the standard hours of never closing.
The 10-table room is on the Bravo Poker app.
The casino is involved with the online gambling business in New Jersey, but has yet to offer real-money online poker. That should come soon, perhaps as early as next month, according to USPoker.com. The company has already dabbled in free-play web poker.
There are currently four Golden Nugget casinos operating in the United States, with a fifth one on the way in 2014. That property will be in Lake Charles, Louisiana.
Golden Nuggets are owned by Landry’s Inc., which is based out of Texas.
