Isaac Haxton Finally Wins His First WSOP Gold Bracelet

Isaac Haxton has won the 2023 World Series of Poker $25,000 buy-in no-limit hold’em eight max event, earning $1.7 million and his first WSOP gold bracelet. The 37-year-old poker pro came into this series as the single highest-earning tournament player in the world without a victory at the WSOP to their name, but managed to finally remove himself from that dreaded list of the ‘best players without a bracelet’. Card Player caught up with Haxton during his post-win press scrum to ask about getting the monkey off his back, his thoughts on the all-time money list, and more.
