Matt Savage Thinks WPT World Championship Prize Pool Could Surpass $20 Million

The record-setting World Poker Tour World Championship main event kicked off today at Wynn Las Vegas with the first of three starting flights. The $10,400 buy-in tournament features a $15,000,000 guarantee, the largest in live poker history. Card Player TV caught up WPT Executive Tour Director Matt Savage to learn more about this exciting event. In the interview, Savage discussed the huge guarantee and expressed optimism about surpassing it, saying, “I really feel like we’re going to be over $20 million.”
