Lewis Flops Boat Against Luther's Trips

Gary Luther opened to 100,000 from the button and Austin Lewis called from the small blind. The big blind folded, leaving the two heads up to the 7Diamond SuitADiamond SuitAHeart Suit flop. Lewis checked, Luther continued for an unknown amount, and Lewis called.

The 9Club Suit fell on the turn and Lewis came out swinging for 260,000. Luther flatted and the 10Spade Suit hit the felt on the river. Lewis fired 500,000 and Luther instantly called, rolling over ASpade SuitKSpade Suit for trip aces with a king kicker.

Lewis had that beat, however, with 7Club Suit7Heart Suit for a flopped full house of sevens full of aces. With this victory, Lewis now sits on about 5.1 million while Luther has dropped to 5.36 million.

Khosravi a Self-Proclaimed "Persian Ninja"

This had led to him to proclaim himself the “Persian Ninja” several times. Although he is still short-stacked, Khosravi appears to be having a good time at this final table.

He was all-in again, this time from the button with ASpade Suit6Heart Suit and Tyler Morris called from the big blind with QDiamond Suit9Diamond Suit. The board ran out 8Diamond Suit8Club Suit3Spade Suit3Club Suit4Spade Suit and Khosravi doubled up.

Lewis Over Morris

Action folded to Tyler Morris in the small blind and he put out a raise to 90,000. Austin Lewis called from the big blind and the flop came down 8Club Suit10Heart SuitJSpade Suit. Morris continued for 110,000 and Lewis called to see a turn.

The dealer produced the QDiamond Suit on fourth street and both players checked, allowing the the 7Club Suit to complete the board. Two more checks occurred and Lewis showed KHeart SuitJHeart Suit for a pair of jacks. Morris mucked his cards and Lewis took down the pot.

Lewis now has about 3.52 million in chips while Morris has dropped to 1.25 million.
